Luci Suarez is a core member of the Terra Vista Home Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties — and her path to that role is unlike anyone else on the team.

Luci didn’t start in resales. Before joining BHHS, she spent years inside Terra Vista as a community guide — touring buyers through the neighborhoods, walking the lots with them, and helping them design the custom homes they would later live in. That work, alongside the developer’s new homes team, gave her a balanced understanding of this community most resale agents simply don’t have: how the homes are built, how each sub-community is laid out, and what actually drives value here. When she transitioned to resales at BHHS in 2021, she brought all of that perspective with her — and it showed immediately. In her first full year, she ranked among the top 3% of agents in Citrus County.

That kind of result doesn’t happen by accident. Luci has spent her entire career in sales — world travel, automotive, retail — always ranking at the top. She was among the top automotive salespeople in the nation during her years at Village Toyota. She brings that same drive and discipline to real estate, without the pressure. Clients consistently describe her as flexible, patient, and genuinely good at listening — someone who hears what you actually want, not just what she wants to sell you.

Luci has called Citrus County home since 1995, when she moved here from South Florida with her husband. She has watched this area grow and change for three decades and still believes in it completely. Her motto says it best:
